Strategic Communication for Leaders
Effective communication is vital to a supervisor's success. It's not just the ability to handle the technical aspects of a job nor the willingness to work hard that counts, but the ability to transmit information, ideas, and enthusiasm to others.
In this course, you will learn about the major communication disciplines and how to write a ten-step Public Relations plan. You will delve into identifying target audiences and how to speak their language. You will also learn valuable information about protocol and techniques to help you improve how to engage with executives. A variety of experiential activities provide hands-on skill-building to help you become a proficient communicator right away.
