Foundations for Emerging Leaders

Leadership inherently implies having significant responsibility. That responsibility can vary among roles, but there are universal leadership qualities. While enthusiasm, having a vision, problem-solving, promoting teamwork and delegating tasks are all important leadership skills, they may not come naturally to everyone. When a leader is not in shape, it reflects on the entire organization or team.

This course equips you with essential tools to enhance your skills as a new manager, from earning trust and respect to leading through crisis and creating a vision to share. By mastering these skills, you will gain confidence in your leadership abilities, foster a more collaborative work environment and be equipped to lead through any situation.
