This course will review major decisions issued by the U.S. Supreme Court during its 2024-2025 term and preview current cases pending before the Court during its October 2025 sitting. The course will include both small and large group discussion and deliberation, and will touch on major theories of jurisprudence, modes of constitutional interpretation, and the impact of the Court's decisions on public policy and American politics.
