Don't know anything about gardening? Only successful with silk or plastic plants? Retired the farm tractor years ago? Don't worry, the soil children will not harm you - they only want you to be their friend. We will discuss the soil, water, and sun for a good garden plant that can be cared for on the patio, on the deck, or inside the garage (but the latter is not guaranteed to bear fruit!). Then we will put our good intentions to the test by making our "Garden in a Box" to take home and hope that it continues to thrive. Looking for fun while playing in the dirt? This is your chance to enjoy getting dirty. All levels of green thumbs are welcome!
