Crepes are a great make-ahead component that can be used in a variety of ways to prepare savory or sweet dishes for any special occasion. In this workshop, we will learn how to make a variety of crepes and discuss the best way to store them for future use. We will be on our feet and moving around the kitchen throughout the workshop. Lunch is included.
