The United States Supreme Court seems constantly in the political and legal spotlight, especially this new year as a new majority of justices begin to consider again some of the most important and controversial issues facing our nation. This course will first review some of the Court's decisions in its most recent term, then consider some of the key issues that will be before the Court in the coming months.
