Course Detail: 107CHEESECAKE - 107 OLLI in the Kitchen: Mini Cheesecake Workshop
Learn to make a variety of mini cheesecakes from the same basic batter. By adding just a few different ingredients, we will make an assortment that includes fruit-topped cheesecakes, cheesecake almondine, chocolate cheesecake and others. These can be made ahead and frozen for future use, requiring just a few finishing touches to result in a delicious cheesecake assortment for entertaining. Generous samples will be presented during the session, plus an assortment for each participant to take home. You will be on your feet and moving around the kitchen throughout the workshop.
