Course Detail: 18CIDER - 18 Cider Tasting at Baynes Apple Valley

Newly purchased in 2017, the Coughlin family renovated the farm into an extensive bakery, café, cider bar, and Michigan made products business. On this local adventure, learn from Ben Coughlin about the Coughlin family business, hard ciders, the process of making ciders, and the tasting elements. Then, experience hard ciders for yourself with an opportunity to taste different varieties and learn about their individual flavor notes. Finish out the day with lunch in the café and a chance to shop from the local vendors at Baynes. This local adventure includes presentation, hard cider tasting, and lunch. Limited to 25 participants.
