Instructor: Richard Flannery

No image available Biography: Captain Flannery is a USCG licensed Master of near coastal vessels of up to 100 Gross Tons. He holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree from Bridgewater State University and is also a USCG approved Instructor at MMA. Capt Flannery has been involved in almost all CMPT programs since 2011 and has played a pivotal role in the development and delivery of the GWO program.
