Course Detail: YES-3103 - Wildlife Wonders (Grades 1-3)

Join us and discover the world around you! Our state is home to an amazing variety of plants and animals that make it a truly special place to live. In this class, we'll explore our local ecosystem through hands on projects that spotlight its incredible residents. From colorful plants like Black eyed Susans and Milkweed to fascinating animals such as White tailed Deer, Beavers, and Five lined Skinks, the nature just outside your door will inspire our creativity. We'll also learn about the important benefits these plants and animals provide to people and the environment. To bring it all to life, students will create exciting 3D dioramas that show these organisms in motion within their natural habitats!
