Withdrawals: Failure to participate in a course or program does not constitute withdrawal. Participants may withdraw and receive a full refund if requested by August 15. After that point, no refunds will be given. Substitutions are permitted with prior notice. Withdrawals are accepted by phone at 217-524-6749. Certificates will be available 14 business days after the event has concluded. You will receive an email with instructions on how to access your certificate once they are ready. For CEU certificates you must sign in/out on the day of the event and complete and submit an evaluation form.
