Course Detail: LLL-200 - Wander on Wednesday (WOW)

Guest registration will open 10 business days before the trip if there are any seats remaining. Guests must select the Guest Registration Fee when registering online. Guests who enroll before the guest registration is open will be dropped from the course. Guests who enroll at the discounted member price will be required to pay the difference or their registration will be dropped.

WOW Cancellation Policy: Failure to participate in a WOW program does not constitute a cancellation. To receive a refund, participants must notify the Community Education office at least 5 business days before the program. No refunds will be given beyond that date.

Information

Our first stop at Wally's in Fenton will get us fueled up for a morning at the Shaw Nature Reserve in Eureka, Missouri. We'll tour the Reserve with a step on guide, learn about ongoing restoration work, and enjoy a walk through the Whitmire Wildflower Garden. Please note that the walk includes varied terrain as not all trails are paved. In the afternoon, we'll head to the Missouri Botanical Garden in St. Louis to explore its beautiful landscapes, conservatories, and the new Patterns in Nature exhibit. Trams will be running at the Garden, with tickets available onsite for an additional $6. On the menu for lunch is BBQ at Sugar Fire Smokehouse.
