Course Detail: YES-4004 - Tweens Yoga (Grades 4-6)
Tweens Yoga is a fun and active way to build strength, improve balance, and clear your mind. In this class, we'll practice yoga poses, stretching, breathing, and relaxation while learning how to focus, manage stress, and feel confident in our bodies.
