Focaccia (pronounced fuh-KAH-chuh) is a classic Italian yeast bread with a soft, airy interior and a crisp crust, flavored with olive oil and baked in flat sheet pans to create its signature dimpled surface. It is often topped with fresh herbs, vegetables, olives, and flaky sea salt before baking for added flavor and texture.
