Join us for a hands-on international baking adventure where young chefs will explore the sweet flavors of Mexico, Italy and France! In this three-part series, kids will learn essential baking techniques, discover cultural traditions and create delicious pastries from around the world. Select one class or all three!
In this Italian Delights class, students will dive into Italian pastry-making with cannoli filled with sweet ricotta and chocolate chips. Plus, they'll create tiramisu cups, layering espresso-soaked cookies with creamy mascarpone. For ages 12-17.
