Take your 3D printing skills to the next level! In this advanced course, students will move beyond basic modeling and single-color prints to explore the world of multi-color 3D printing and production-ready design. Participants will learn advanced design techniques, printer optimization, multi-part assemblies and color management while creating professional-quality projects using multi-color 3D printers. Students will design, prototype, troubleshoot and produce functional and decorative objects while gaining a deeper understanding in real-world applications. Prerequisite: Successful completion of 3D Printing for Curious Kiddos (LLC 1235) or Fabricating the Future: 3D Printing to Metal Casting (LLC 1332).
