We will begin our week with essential knife skills. Taking those knife skills, we will grow and build on basic techniques that every chef needs to cook in a kitchen, at home and in the world. We will create some delicious food that we will get to enjoy in class and bring the rest home. By the end of class, you will know how to cut like a chef, master a sauce and more. Ages 12-17.
