SED-914: Collaboration in Special Education Settings

This course is designed as a basic overview of the knowledge and skills required to effectively participate as a member of a collaborative team working with children who have exceptional needs. Members of the collaborative teams include teachers, para-educators, school staff, related service providers, administrators, the child, and the child's peers. Students will learn essential skills, teaching strategies, personal safety, and confidentiality requirements.
