Organizing Learning Environments for Math is designed to offer Preschool, Transitional Kindergarten, and Kindergarten teachers a guide for designing a learning environment that supports the development of understanding math concepts for young learners. If lessons are developed to encourage and promote understanding, children will learn that mathematics makes sense and is applicable to their everyday needs.
