Who: Students Ages 7-12 (Registrations submitted for campers who do not meet the specified age criteria will be cancelled. In such cases, the cancellation policy does apply).

Tuition: $400.00 (Includes daily instruction, classroom materials, and lunch on campus).

Aviation Day Camp is a non-technical camp that provides students with an exciting way to explore different aviation-related fields. Students will explore the functions of aircraft, learn about aviation maintenance, and meteorology, and safety. Students may also have the chance to host their own weather broadcast through use of Embry-Riddle's green screen and weather lab. 

Through hands-on activities, and expert-led sessions, students will explore essential fields such as:

• Aviation Safety
• Aviation Science
• Meteorology 
• Broadcasting

Registration will be open on January 12^th, 2026.

Cancellation Policy

Each cancellation will incur a $50 processing fee deducted from the refund, and every camp includes a non-refundable $30 registration fee. If we receive your cancellation in writing by May 1st, you will receive a full refund minus these two fees. Cancellations received after May 1st will result in forfeiture of the tuition deposit. If the camp is already full, a refund can only be issued if your student's spot is filled by another participant. International Student Fees are non-refundable. 

International Students

In addition to the required application process, non U.S. citizens applying to this program must provide the U.S. required documentation to be in the country such as a B2 visa.
