Unmanned Aircraft Systems

Who: Students Ages 14-18 (Registrations submitted for campers who do not meet the specified age criteria will be cancelled. In such cases, the cancellation policy does apply).

When: July 12- July 17, 2026

Where: Daytona Beach, FL

Tuition: $1130.00 (Includes supervised housing, daily instruction, classroom materials, and on-campus meals).

Unmanned Aircraft Systems introduces participating students to the expanding field of uncrewed aircraft systems with hands-on flight time, simulator experience, and classroom instruction. Students will cover topics including Federal Aviation Regulations, National Airspace System, Aviation Weather, Flight Safety, Airworthiness and Aeronautical Decision-Making, and have the opportunity to meet with collegiate researchers and leading professionals. 

Through hands-on activities, and expert led sessions, students will explore essential fields such as: 

  • Unmanned Aircraft Systems
  • Controls Engineering
  • Federal Aviation Regulations
  • Mechanical Engineering

Registration will be open on January 12th, 2026.

Cancellation Policy

Each cancellation will incur a $50 processing fee deducted from the refund, and every camp includes a non-refundable $30 registration fee. If we receive your cancellation in writing by Mat 1st, you will receive a full refund minus these two fees. Cancellations received after May 1st will result in forfeiture of the tuition deposit. If the camp is already full, a refund can only be issued if your student's spot is filled by another participant. International Student Fees are non-refundable. 

International Students

In addition to the required application process, non U.S. citizens applying to this program must provide the U.S. required documentation to be in the country such as a B-2 visa.
