Instructor Bio: Dr. Rececca Fill Giordano
Since 2004, Rebecca Fill Giordano has been managing director of hr+ loving development working as Industrial & Organizational Psychologist. The company hr+ based in Bolzano (Italy) is specialized in skill development and personality tracing methods and tests and provides expert assistance in competitions (such as students, apprentices, pilots, etc.) and in organizational development. In addition, Rebecca Fill Giordano works as a lecturer at the University Salzburg on the subjects of "psychological, diagnostical aptitude". As a license holder of the DIN 33430 for professional suitability assessments, she advises companies as an expert in personnel selection and systemic organizational development. She developed several ability tests and simulator-based tests in cooperation with AMST Systemtechnik GmbH and is bridge for industry and research in the field of aviation. Moreover, she is an Aviation Psychologist having specific knowledge in pilot selection and quality-management.
