If you answer yes to any of the questions below DO NOT attend your skills session. Contact for information on how to proceed.
a. Have you been around anyone with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 in the last 14 days?
b. Have you had a temperature, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, fatigue, headache or chest pain?
2. Your skills session is held on the COCC main campus, Ponderosa Building, Room 206. This room is large enough for 6 students and one instructor to be present and practice social distancing. Please maintain at least 6 feet between yourself and others at all times.

3. Arrive to class five minutes prior to class. Do not arrive earlier.

4. You will enter the Ponderosa building through the west entrance on the second floor. Your instructor will take your temperature before you enter the building with a contact-free thermometer. If your temperature is above 100.4, you will be asked to go home. You will receive an email with a map and instructions prior to class.

5. Entry and exit and directional flow in the building will be marked. Please follow the signs.

6. You must wear a mask throughout the class. Your instructor will move through the skills session as quickly as possible balancing limited time in the classroom with the need to fully and accurately demonstrate all CPR skills for your certification.

7. As soon as you enter the classroom, you will go to your skills station and sanitize your hands and put on gloves. You will not be sharing a CPR manikin. All equipment, common areas and classrooms have been fully sanitized prior to your arrival.
