Course Description: 2023 Annual Central Oregon Early Learning Conference: Creativity, Curiosity, and Relationships at the Heart of Early Learning
The Central Oregon Chapter of the Oregon Association for the Education of Young Children presents its annual conference for 2023. This year's theme, Creativity, Curiosity, and Relationships at the Heart of Early Learning, highlights the opportunity for a mindset of creativity and curiosity to open our minds and hearts to connection. As we take time to engage with one another, we begin to reimagine how our partnerships with families and communities can support and inspire our interactions with young children. In alignment with Oregon's Early Learning system's plan, Raise Up Oregon, our regional conference centers on the contributions of leaders from diverse areas of expertise who work together with families, communities, and educational partners to make positive, meaningful, and transformative differences in the lives of children and families.
El Capítulo de Oregón Central de la Asociación para la Educación de Niños Pequeños de Oregón presenta su conferencia anual para 2023. El tema de este año, Creatividad, Curiosidad y Relaciones en el Corazón del Aprendizaje Temprano destaca la oportunidad de mentalizarnos hacia la creatividad y curiosidad para lograr abrir nuestras mentes y corazones a la conexión. A medida que tomamos el tiempo para relacionarnos unos con otros, comenzamos a imaginar la manera en que nuestras asociaciones con las familias y las comunidades pueden apoyar e inspirar nuestras interacciones con los niños pequeños. The John and Betty Gray Early Childhood Scholarship through OCF and the Oregon Center for Career Development:If you are eligible to receive this scholarship, please note that this scholarship will only cover the early member rate. If you are a nonmember, you will have a balance after funds are applied. Please note the Betty Gray funds are limited.
If you qualify for scholarship support for the John and Betty Gray Scholarship program, please contact Amanda Smith at amandas@mtstar.org for instructions for registration reimbursement. Please keep in mind that you will need to provide a copy of your current acceptance documentation in order to qualify for funds this year. Funds are limited.

- - Registration after April 14, 2023 includes $10 late registration fee
- - No online registrations accepted after midnight April 27, 2023
- - On-site registration April 28th and 29th includes $10 on-site registration fee
- - Refund deadline April 14, 2023
