Course Description: DSGN 103: User Experience (UX) Research Methodologies

This course introduces students to methods for understanding their user in order to guide their design decisions. Emphasizes how to conduct user research using different research methodologies, the design of studies and interviews, and how to analyze research and present research findings. Teaches the fundamentals of user research methodologies. This is a college-level course. Although assignments, tests, and quizzes are optional for Community Education students, you will be expected to fully participate. A textbook may be required for this course. Please check with the COCC Bookstore. This is a non-credit Community Education class. You will not receive college credit.

Full refunds are also issued for classes cancelled by COCC.
