Course Description: Project Management: Choose Your Path (Fundamentals and PMP Exam Prep)

Whether you're starting your project management journey or preparing for PMP® certification, this course offers flexible options to meet your goals. When registering, use the drop-down menu to select: 

Project Management Fundamentals ($479)
Build your foundation with the core concepts and skills needed to lead successful projects. This course includes 36 hours of self-paced online learning and five two-hour in-person sessions (totaling 10 hours) to help you confidently plan, execute, and complete any project. Meets the 35 hour education requirement for PMP® certification eligibility. 

PMP® Exam Prep Only ($529)
For experienced project managers preparing to sit for the PMP® exam, this course focuses on the latest exam content, proven strategies, and includes a comprehensive study guide.

Meets over two Saturdays, June 6 and June 13, 2026. Registration/refund deadline is 05/27/26 for book order.
 

Cancellation Policy

Students must cancel by contacting our office via phone: (541) 383-7270 or email: ceinfo@cocc.edu. Cancellations received 5 days prior to the start of the class will receive a full refund. Full refunds are also issued for classes cancelled by COCC. Refunds will be issued back to your card or in the form of a check and mailed within two weeks of the cancellation date if paid by check or cash. Failure to participate in a course or program does not result in a refund. Exceptions to the general refund policy are noted in the course descriptions on our website and in the printed schedule.
