Required Materials and Tools: Materials and tools are required for this course. The first class session will take place via Zoom. During this class session the instructor will discuss the required tools and materials. All students will be required to purchase a materials kit for $30.00. Kit will provide materials to complete 4-6 projects. In addition, students lacking the necessary tools will have the opportunity to purchase those items as well. Cost for tools can range from $6 to $85 total, depending what students already have. During the Zoom class session, the instructor will work one-on-one with students to help them identify what tools they may need. Students will pay the instructor directly for the materials kit and any tools they may choose to purchase. The instructor will bring each student's tools/materials kit to the in-person class session.
NOTE: All class times are Pacific Time (PT).
Online Course Information/Requirements:
- Course fee covers registration for one person unless otherwise noted.
- Must have access to a computer or laptop with current updated operating system. Mobile devices can be used to access some parts of classes but you may not be able to fully participate or complete your course on a phone or tablet.
- A high-speed internet connection.
- An up-to-date internet browser. We recommend Firefox or Chrome. Internet Explorer or Safari may have trouble and are not supported.
- Integrated or USB-connected webcam, speakers and microphone.
- You will need a Zoom login. Please do not share the Meeting ID information, nor invite others to participate with you.
