Biography: Kristine Roshau has lived in Central Oregon since 2013 and currently works as the Director of eLearning at Central Oregon Community College. She comes from a long line of creative and crafty women and was taught to crochet and quilt as a child, but found her true passion in knitting as a high school student in the early 2000s. Since then, she has made everything from hats to socks, shawls to sweaters, blankets, and toys, and taught herself how to spin her own yarn on a spindle and wheel. Kristine has found great joy in being part of a community of fiber artists and is excited to bring her experience as an educator (and overall yarn enthusiast) into the classroom to share her knowledge with new crafters.
