Biography: Rachael Gass is an Executive Coach with a Master of Science from Walden University in Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Arizona State University. Rachael spent 20 years in Corporate America working in Healthcare, IT, and Finance as a Chief of Staff (CoS) and Program Manager (PM) for companies including Kaiser Permanente, Perot Systems, and Unisys. She has led initiatives involving large stakeholder groups for infrastructure migrations, new application adoption and complex multi-system upgrades. Her own corporate experience enables her to deeply understand her client's challenges and the complexities of being a leader within large organizations. Her knowledge and insights support those making a positive impact and creating rewarding teams.As an Executive Coach, Rachael walks alongside her clients as they decide what steps they want to take to raise their personal and professional potential. Her clients would describe her coaching style as "authentic, values focused, and action oriented." Rachael is a Board-Certified Coach (BCC) and holds a certification in Leadership Coaching, CPC, from the College of Executive Coaching (ICF accredited). She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and leverages Myers Briggs Type Indicator , The Predictive Index (PI) and Emotional Intelligence 2.0 (EQi ) assessments in support of her clients. She is a proud mama, wife, and friend living in Central Oregon.
