Biography: Spend time with family, teach, explore, write. Joshua Savage decided to take his passions and integrate them into a full-time lifestyle. Originally a native of the South, he, his wife, and his two daughters sold most of their possessions and began traveling the world. When they landed in Bend, Oregon, they immediately fell in love with the area and decided to make it home. With so much natural beauty to explore in the Pacific Northwest, Joshua is constantly on the hunt for new adventures. He has written two fiction novels, two children's books, several short stories and the recent travel guide 100 Things to Do in Bend,Oregon Before You Die. He also freelances for a number of publications such as Northwest Travel & Life, Memphis Magazine, The Source, Medium, and more.
