Biography: Janice McConnell obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in 2003 from Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. Janice worked as an emergency medicine veterinarian for 14 years, before transitioning to the current phase of her career. Sparked by a strong interest in pain management and opportunities to vastly improve the quality of life for aging and postoperative pets, Janice has dedicated the last several years to the field of physical rehabilitation. She is certified in Veterinary Medical Acupuncture (cVMA) and as a Canine Rehabilitation Therapist (CCRT). Janice is a co-owner of Stride Canine Rehabilitation & Fitness Center, where she is inspired daily by the resiliency of pets and the devotion of their people.
