Learn the captivating movements, isolations and shimmies of Egyptian belly dance! This class introduces and reviews all the basic moves, then gently leads into combinations and short choreographies. Belly dance boosts mood, builds core strength and flexibility, and is a great way to release the stresses of everyday life. No previous dance or performance experience required.

The Better Bones & Balance program, developed by researchers at the Bone Research Lab at Oregon State University, uses targeted exercises that reduce the rate of bone loss, improve strength and balance, and reduce the risk of falls.

Improve core stability through targeted exercises that promote body awareness, mobility, endurance and strength. Class will focus on optimal alignment and breathing cues to support proper form and technique.

Build core strength and muscle endurance in a supportive environment. Focus will be on proper technique, using movements that emphasize injury resilience and prevention. Targeted exercises will be used to gradually build strength, stamina, confidence and body awareness.

Let's dance! Whether you are new to dance or have years of experience, all will enjoy learning easy to follow choreography using Broadway musical numbers from shows like A Chorus Line, Chicago and Singin' in the Rain. Students are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and shoes.

Join International Tai Chi Champion, Master JianFeng Chen from China, and learn the foundations of Tai Chi. Start with the 8 and 24 Yang styles in a relaxing space. This class is for both new and advanced students who want to know the form, science, and martial art application behind each move.

This two-day per week class is appropriate for anyone who wants a slower Tai Chi class or those dealing with chronic health conditions. The slow, gentle & simple movements facilitate healing, range of motion, flexibility and balance.

Leave your holiday stress at the door and allow yourself to focus on mind and body fitness. Learn fundamental yoga poses with a sense of exploration and mindfulness of breath. Gain muscle awareness while focusing on proper form and positioning. All experience and skill levels welcome. Use of props is encouraged, so bring a yoga mat, firm blanket (wool or cotton), and a block. Strap or tie optional.

This class connects the body and the breath to ease overactive minds while reducing stress. Explore the use of sports science and alignment principles for safe flowing movements and asanas. Improve strength and flexibility, develop greater balance and enhance feelings of well-being.
