The Better Bones & Balance program, developed by researchers at the Bone Research Lab at Oregon State University, uses targeted exercises that reduce the rate of bone loss, improve strength and balance, and reduce the risk of falls. Some equipment is recommended for this course.

Improve core stability through targeted exercises that promote body awareness, mobility, endurance and strength. The course will focus on optimal alignment and breathing cues to support proper form and technique. Some equipment is recommended for this course.

Golden Yoga is a gentle and therapeutic yoga course designed for older adults, but all are welcome! This course combines guided breath-work with gentle movements to help improve flexibility and range of motion while building strength of both mind and body. Yoga can be effective in slowing bone density loss and helping to reduce stiffness and joint tenderness. Guided meditation will be incorporated to help reduce anxiety, improve mood and sleep patterns, and create an overall sense of well-being.

Join NASM Certified Personal Trainer Shantyel Bowman for small group fitness training designed to help you meet your individual fitness goals including greater cardiovascular health, muscular strength/endurance and flexibility. With a Masters Degree in Athletic Training, Shantyel takes a holistic approach to total body wellness. The course will focus initially on stabilization and balance then transition to endurance, strength and power. Some equipment is recommended for this course.

Shondra's mission is to help you learn the general rules of the moving body, while pushing your physical limits in a safe and progressive environment. She uses a combination of mindful functional strength, joint mobility and proper stretching to help you reach your goals. Some equipment is recommended for this course.
