For golfers with some experience who would like to take their game to the next level. This class will focus on the most beneficial fundamentals of the full-swing and the short game with an emphasis on understanding why the ball does what it does.

Take your love of baking and pastries to a new level in this advance, hands-on youth camp. Learn advanced techniques with pie dough and fillings. Make Brioche, fruit tarts, breakfast pastries and much more. Students will use hand tools and equipment found in a bakeshop, as well as a deeper exploration of baking and pastry ingredients and their functions. Learn and practice important kitchen safety and sanitation rules, teamwork, timing and efficiency in the kitchen. For students aged 10-14. Introduction to Baking & Pastry Youth Camp is recommended.

Dobro Pozhalovat'! Join us for this continuing Russian course. We will use a required book to spur conversations about where we grew up, our education, and our beliefs about family. The book is based on a vocabulary of about 300 high-frequency Russian words. You are welcome to join the class if your Russian language is rudimentary, but you must have a basic ability to decode Cyrillic characters. We will continue to include holidays, songs, and games in our lessons. This class is for Advanced Beginner-Intermediate students.

This course is an engaging overview of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg's most famous dissents and their applicability in regard to the current events of Equal Pay, gender discrimination, voting rights, Roe v. Wade, and more. After a broad overview of the caselaw, students conclude the course by creating a piece of art, using a medium of their choice. Materials list will be provided the first day of class.
