Course Description: Self-Defense: Essential Skills for Real-Life Safety
This course teaches essential personal safety and self-defense strategies designed for real-life situations and geared to all generations. Students will learn how to recognize potential threats, set clear boundaries and apply simple, effective techniques to create space and escape safely. Instruction focuses on prevention, decision-making and movements that do not rely on strength or athletic ability. Through guided practice and realistic scenarios, participants gain practice skills they can use immediately in everyday environments. No prior experience is necessary.
