Learn tools to quiet your thoughts, calm your emotions, and breathe properly. With regular practice, you can experience greater positive living, inner joy, greater health and vitality, and deeper inner peace. Each class will include instruction, meditation practice, and time for discussion. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and share experiences if you choose. The class will be customized to the needs of the participants, so each session may be different.
