Course Description: ART 261: Photography - Intermediate Darkroom

This course builds on darkroom basics in traditional black-and-white photography, including camera operation, composition, film processing, printing, presentation, and developing personal voice as an artist. This is a non-credit Community Education course, taken with credit students. You will not receive college credit.

Although assignments, tests, and quizzes are optional for Community Education students, you will be expected to fully participate. A textbook may be required for this course. Full refunds are also issued for classes cancelled by COCC. Refunds will be issued back to your card or in the form of a check and mailed within two weeks of the cancellation date if paid by check or cash. Failure to participate in a course or program does not result in a refund. Exceptions to the general refund policy are noted in the course descriptions on our website and in the printed schedule.
