Course Description: The Five Behaviors of Outstanding Teams Discussion Group
Is your team ready to reunite and emerge stronger after the challenges of a pandemic? Different communication channels and work settings made the past year challenging for teams. Even the most productive and harmonious groups struggled to stay connected and continue consistent good habits. With a return to in-person work on the horizon, this is a great time to explore and implement new behaviors that will ensure your team's successful transition from remote working. This course is structured as a discussion group based on the bestselling book by Patrick Lencioni, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. Written as a business fable, this book is not your typical leadership book. Learn from, and build on, the collective wisdom that comes from putting creative minds together while exploring common challenges of leadership and teams. Selected TED talks will reinforce key aspects of each discussion.
