Course Description: Core Stability

Improve core stability through targeted exercises that promote body awareness, mobility, endurance and strength. This course will focus on optimal alignment and breathing cues to support proper form and technique. Activities include floor work, use of weights and resistance bands. Students are encouraged to workout at their own comfort level. Some equipment is recommended for this course.
