It involves three main processes: communicating, influencing, and helping. The primary goal of coaching is to help your employee grow and develop in the organization. Learn the traits and characteristics of great coaches, principles for giving feedback, receiving feedback, a model for correcting poor performance and the importance of listening and asking questions as opposed to telling a subordinate what to do.
