Course Description: Brain-Based Time Management

In this hands-on training, you will learn about the brain's natural tendencies and get the visual tools/strategies that best support the brain to get things done. You will also discover how to improve your ability to focus, avoid procrastination, prioritize your tasks, and stop feeling overwhelmed. If any of these phrases sound familiar, this training is for you:
? I never feel like I get enough done.
? I don't remember things like I used to.
? I don't have time for non-urgent tasks.
? Sometimes it's hard to focus.
? I'd like to stop thinking about work when I'm at home.
Learn how your brain is wired so you can manage time well and have greater control over your day.
