Course Description: Savory Galettes

Learn to make pies without a pie pan. In this course, you will create a delicious roasted vegetable and cheese galette wrapped in a flaky pastry shell. Add a simple salad or cup of soup to this rustic free-form pie and you have the perfect dinner on a chilly evening. Bring a lunch, sharp chef's knife, apron and take-home containers.
