Course Description: Plant-Based Holiday Buffet
This course was such a hit last fall that we're doing it again this year with new recipes! The fall and winter holidays call for an assortment of dishes that highlight seasonal flavors and mouth-watering ingredients. Join Chef Holly as she demonstrates how to make delicious show-stopping plant-based dishes such as Butternut-Sage Lasagna with Bechamel Sauce, Creamy Green Bean Casserole, and Candy Cane Cupcakes--all 100% plant-based! Recipes, shopping lists and kitchen equipment needed will be provided in advance for those who would like to cook along with the demonstration.
