Course Description: Beginner's Guide to Plant-Based Eating
Are you interested in plant-based eating but not sure where to start? Join Chef Holly in this Q&A conversation and cooking demonstration course. Holly will help you explore the basics of plant-based eating as she demonstrates recipes for you to make at home. Learn about substitutes for butter, eggs, cheese and protein. All recipes will be high in protein, fiber and healthy fats but low in cholesterol, sodium, refined sugars and saturated fats. Recipes, shopping lists and kitchen equipment needed will be provided in advance for those who would like to cook along with the demonstration.
