Course Description: Flatbreads From Around the World
Practice your baking skills and learn how to make delicious flatbreads from around the world. Chef Katie will discuss mixing, shaping and baking techniques for different types of dough. Recipes will include Semolina Rosemary Crackers, Naan with Sesame Seeds and Pita Bread. Bring a lunch, sharp chef's knife, apron and take-home containers.
