Course Detail: Yoga & Mindfulness for Holiday Stress
Leave your holiday stress at the door and allow yourself to focus on mind and body fitness. Learn fundamental yoga poses with a sense of exploration and mindfulness of breath. Gain muscle awareness while focusing on proper form and positioning. All experience and skill levels welcome. Use of props is encouraged, so bring a yoga mat, firm blanket (wool or cotton), and a block. Strap or tie optional. More information on props will be provided at first class.
