Course Detail: Youth Program-Tarts, Pies & Galettes
There is nothing quite like a fall pie! Learn how to make a variety of pie doughs and various fillings to assemble delicious savory and sweet recipes. From sweet tarts filled with lemon curd or chocolate pastry cream to sweet potato pie with brisse dough, this class will give you the experience to make any holiday table complete. Bring an apron and take-home containers. For students ages 10-14.
