Course Detail: Youth Program: Dinner's Ready!
In this four-hour, fun and action packed class, students will learn how to make a classic roast chicken, crispy potatoes and grilled broccolini with vinaigrette. Basic knife skills and safety, sanitation, kitchen flow and communication will also be covered. Impress your family with a classy, professional, delicious dinner for four ready when your parents arrive. Bring your apron, snack, water bottle and take-home containers to take your dinner home! For students ages 10-14.
