Course Detail: International Cuisine: Italian Wood Fired Pizza
From pizza basics to traditional Italian favorites, make an assortment of wood-fired pizzas on a new Woodstone Outdoor Oven. From Pizza Margherita to Pizza Alla Bismark, explore them all, and then decide what to put on your pie. Class will include making a Panzanella Salad to get ready for tomato season and finish off with an Italian favorite, Rosemary Citrus Spritzer. Bring an apron, knife and take-home containers.
