Course Detail: Vegan Baking 101
Wanting to minimize the animal products in your diet, but still have the baked goods that you love? Join us to explore and bake with flaxseed, aquafaba, and other plant-based baking options for every meal of the day! We'll learn the basics of vegan baking substitutes and how to make quick breads, savory dinner rolls, and brownies with whipped cream without using traditional ingredients! Students will leave class with the knowledge and experience of vegan substitutes for butter, eggs, and cream in various baking techniques.
