Course Detail: Fermenting Traditional Kombucha Tea
Join certified Fermentationist and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Robbie Bianchi-Pray, to learn about the exciting process of brewing traditional fermented Kombucha tea. Known as a health tonic and miracle longevity elixir by the Chinese, this tasty tea has loads of mythology and health benefits. Participants will enjoy sampling different flavors and styles of Kombucha including how to make a second ferment for effervescent Kombucha soda.
